FIled BK7 and discharged in 2011. Home was NOT reaffirmed. We did a loan mod and just moved out of state last year, tried a shortsale and such but since it was empty, they said NO. Went into forclosure since we were not goign to continue paying on it since we did not reaffirm. Forclosure sale is in Sept 2014. Mortgage pull is showing wife and I are sitting fine and the score they will use is a 655. They are telling us the 3yrs CLEAN for the VA doesnt start from the BK7 date, but instead starts from the date our names were removed from the title, which a layer is telling me that doesn't happen until the forclosure is completed. Is this indeed the truth? We have been busting our buts cleaning reports staying current keeping balances low, blah blah blah, and to hear this is a bit irritating. Can anyone confirm?

EQ - 1of2 State Collection has been deleted EQ - Alliance (Paid) was removed EQ - AmeriCollect was Verified with Wrong Address - wrong address continues to report. Current Question: AmeriCollect response to my DV was that they sent me a Monthly Statement from the OC dated Oct 2013 with a DateOfService of Oct 2012. Is this adequate for verifying the business relationship? Can I pay with InsertA? I guess I am a bit gun shy after getting lucky on that last one which was deleted without proper verification of the relationship. I should be able to do a CFPB complaint on the other accounts at the same time, correct?

Sir, I recently moved from Wisconsin to Kentucky. All CA accounts have dates of service from my time in Wisconsin. When filling out these letters, there are sections calling for us to enter (your state). Is it appropriate to simply put "Wisconsin and/or Kentucky" in that place to cover all bases and avenues of approach?

The OC I paid the 50.00 to ignored the HIPAA insert and notified the CA. The CA has updated my Credit report as PAID. Time to roll up the sleeves and start throwing some punches! Woooot.

UPDATE: Engineers have concluded that the states of Kentucky and Louisiana are interfering with the ability of USAA-CCMP customers to pull credit reports through an Experian freeze. I happen to live in Kentucky. I re-asked the question to verify that I heard correctly, in that their claim was the states themselves were the cause - which they confirmed. This makes no sense to me. Why would only 2 states have any interest in blocking a credit report from being pulled through a freeze? This sounds more like a stalling tactic, and the engineers simply have no clue, and since the only reported incidents are coming from KY and LA, then deductive reasoning in their camps resulted in "ITS THE STATES FAULT", in order to appease the customers and stop people like me from bothering them on a daily basis and asking for the supervisors. If there is anyone else out their from KY or LA using the daily pulls from USAA-CCMP - please respond so we can get some more data points. Thank you all.
