Don't punch me but when you guys refer to pulls does it mean pulling the entire report dail or just the credit score???

[What are the current daily pullers that i can use to B* Equifax? P.S I don't hae AMEX]

I won't just yet...but its really the only thing that my credit needs help with at the moment. Is the 24+1 still applying now? I ready about it but idk if that's still ongoing. Also if you don't have an Amex, there's no way of using 4 pullers at once?

From what I've come across the ones to use are Equifax complete, USAA, and........???

This will be my first time attempting to b* on Equifax. I done as
much reading as I can about this topic but im unsure of which are the
current daily puller's that are working. Also, would an ideal time to
start B* be now? Im a bit confused on the estimated c* estimated
dates..Thank you in advance
