  1. sounds good, thanks. Do you know what CBs they pull?
  2. Hello all. I'm in Chicago and have been looking for car dealers that not only work with Ally, but also know how to work with NO PG/PG for businesses. Is there a list that shows dealers by the city/state to make it easier for people to find a place near them? Would this be a good idea to start a list based on where you got "your" deal done? Thanks. p.s. if anyone knows of some places that fit this criteria(first sentence) in the Chicagoland area, please share.
  3. That's great!! I thought the auto C/O would be an issue. Thanks again!!!
  4. Hi all. Quick question for those of you with ALLY experience. I have all three scores 790, 796, 802, but have an old C/O from an auto loan(voluntary repo) i co-signed for someone back in 2010. I also have a c/o from the same period and it was co-signed for the same person. It was from a leased a cash register P.O.S. system, They are both scheduled to fall off sometime next year, but I need to get a new car for my company asap. I have money to put down, and with my scores and the age of the C/Os, will ally or any other bank finance me in the company's name if i PG? THANKS
  5. Chase Ink. Thanks Blake, I appreciate that. Quick question.... I have a personal Chase Freedom as of 2 weeks ago. Do you think they will let me open an Ink card for my corp too, with my scores, PG. Corp has no credit, but has the proper valid foundation. Thanks again!Yes they will. I opened a CSP one day,a CSW Personal the next day and on the 3rd day opened a CSW Biz and was approved. FICO was 732 at the time. great! And they DO NOT report to personal right? Thanks Correct, they DO NOT. Hi there. Quick question.... what CB does US Bank pull for their biz cards? I have more inquiries on EX than the other two Bureaus. Thanks
  6. I asked this question a few weeks ago and was told Chase Ink card, which I was approved, and US Bank. I have not tried it because Chase Ink satisfies what I'm doing for now. I'm in the mid 700s. I was told they do not report on Personal credit. Good Luck!!

  9. Hi all.. I'm looking to PG a car loan in the business name that WILL NOT report on the personal CR. Corp is about 4 years old and does not have credit. I prefer to purchase but, am open to leasing. Scores are: EQ: 710, 2 C/Os (1 is a Mercedes voluntary repo back in 2011); 5 INQs(last month; 4 CC approvals ) EX: 746, 2 C/Os (1 is a Mercedes voluntary repo back in 2011), 5 INQs(last month; 4 CC approvals) TU: 716, NO CHARGE OFFS OF COLLECTIONS, 2 INQs(last month; 4 CC approvals) Looks like I'll need a lender that only pulls TU. Thanks
  10. I'm looking for Biz credit cards with 0% APR on purchases and BTs for at least 9-15 months that DO NOT report on the personal CR. I will PG. Preferrably, I want those that only pull TU. My TU is 716. Here's why... I just got 4 cards on the personal side; chase freedom $15k, CapOne QuickSilver $10k, WF Platinum $2,5k(JOKE), AND 1ST BANK OF Omaha ($4k). Citibank denied me. As a result, I have 5 inqs on both EX and EQ, but only 2 on TU. I have 2 C/Os reporting on EX and EQ, but none reporting on TU, so TU is the way to go. However, I was approved for all these cards with the 2 C/Os reporting. My TU is 716, EQ is 710, EX is 747. Any cards out there for me that fit this criteria? Thanks guys.
  11. I would be very careful in taking legal advice or accounting advice from people who, more than likely are not qualified to make claims. From the surface, I see everyone telling you to create an LLC, without asking you a critical question: How are you earning your revenue, in a passive nature (rent, royalties, notes, etc.) OR in an ACTIVE nature (a tshirt biz, cupcake shop, lawnmower service; in other words, are YOU actively involved in the day to day operations that lead to generating revenue? The answer to this question, among others, will determine going one way versus the other. As a general rule, S-Corps are for "active income", and LLCs are for "passive income". Now, some LLCs can be taxed as an S-Corp, just check with a qualified accountant on how that works; and again...if they INSIST on an LLC when you know you're earning income in an "active" fashion, I would PUSH BACK and also get a second opinion. The difference in checking THE WRONG BOX is a matter of paying SELF-EMPLOYMENT TAX(an extra 15.3%; 12.4% SSI & 2.9% MEDICARE). Most people never know that by choosing an LLC when they should've chosen an S-Corp, cost them thousands in self-employment tax. As far as all the marketing mumbo-jumbo; limited liability, etc., for the most part the benefits are the same, with exception to some VERY RARE circumstances. I am not an attorney, nor am I an accountant. I'm just a member of this community that checks in from time to time. I've owned, sold, and closed(lost) 7 corporations since 1995. So, I do not give definitive advice, but have seen and experienced enough to know how to ask and sometimes challenge them on the right information. It costs more to start and maintain(annually) an LLC over an S-corp. People argue that LLCs are easier to "run", but if you have your paperwork in order and follow state-regulated procedures (which you should do anyway), there isn't a huge enough difference to justify the cost. Hope this helps....GOOD LUCK!!
  12. Yes...I had 8 and now 2. Anyone asked them what's going on? Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

  15. Hello everyone... I'm having a very difficult time getting someone on the phone at Experian Business. I was denied a BJs CLI due to something reporting on our file. I'm sure it's something that is erroneous and inaccurate, and trying to get to the bottom of it so that I can reapply. Does anyone have a number to a live human? Thanks in advance.
