I don't think you will have any problems getting a PRG. I just got it with a 689 EX and tons of inquires, 14% util. I did the PRG/BCE 2 fer - 1 inquiry. There may be better bonuses down the road perhaps? Maybe Mendelssohn could comment on that.

My jaw dropped. And it was at the time when cards were color coded which indicated their annual fee and potential credit limits, so I had a pretty good idea of what was going on with her credit. Needless to say that relationship didn't last due to some of her financial decisions. This.^ Seriously, CapOne works in mysterious ways. I couldn't get a CLI on one of my existing cards (1.5K) but they approved me for multiple Ventures at 10K/15K each. I had an old Household card that CapOne took over. I couldn't get a PC or CLI on it for the longest time.
