  1. I just got out.....and may or may not have been thinking about the night prior... ...said Neapolitan Nate. Some things cannot be cleansed [emoji12]Once this thread dies, only a few folks will remember how you got your title, Nate. Everyone else will think you're Italian or just love ice cream-lol!
  2. Redbird finally arrived in the mail. Heading to Target this morning for groceries, has anyone encountered any difficulties in loading w/cc? i.e. cashiers being unfamiliar, not knowing how to load it, etc.
  3. That was back when he was funny. They Might Be Giants is a huge favorite from the 1990s. Some of the funniest music ever written. This is why you're a huge favorite of mine. David Sedaris, TMBG, $200 toasters ... and Strudel!! You're too kind. Don't forget my trombone solos. Trombone, Constantinople references, strudel and a twisted imagination ala David Lynch. Marry me cv! If cv were single and straight, I'd be a stalker. Roger that! I do get a kick out of his posts. More than one has resulted in spitting out my coffee/beverage laughing.
  4. Any idea what constitutes a "qualified" account?
  5. I heard 1970's music in my head while reading this thread. The slow, heavy bass kind used in certain adult movies. Lol!
  6. accThis was mentioned on the Barclay site under rewards, that those with upcoming trips using USAir miles will not experience any issues. I used my US Air dividend number to sign on to AA through the Barclay site and found my new AA number and miles. Thanks! These are both business flights so I have my loyalty numbers are defaulted in my concur profile. US Airways is my default for anything on oneworld and United is my default for Star Alliance. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't have to change/update numbers to get the miles. Do you really think it's smart to use the US DM# now that the miles have transferred and the program basically ceases to exist? Probably not a bad idea to go to the AA site, get the new number and update the default with oneworld. But shouldn't have problems on already booked flights.

  10. Fingers crossed that EQ deletes for you. Did you Dispute the address where you filed the BK?
  11. Holding at 699. Surprised it didn't drop with the new car loan and 2 new cc's reporting.
  12. Welcome! When is the CO set to drop off? Can you dispute it as obsolete? Maybe an Amex product like the Everyday might be good for your spending patterns? I'm sure one of the experts on rewards will chime in.
  13. Letterman was so young-mid nineties?
  14. Happy 1K Nate! Strudel and ponies are in order!
  15. OP, sounds like you've got a good plan. Sorry your thread got hijacked by strudel. But it is delicious.
  16. Bet the strudel is really tasty in a $200 toaster.
  17. They are BK-adverse for some products like the Total Rewards Visa.
  18. What are you pulling with?
  19. EQ or TU? What are you pulling?
  20. SCM, I've read your thread over the past year. Glad to hear you're holding your own. Best of luck to you in 2015-hope those cars sell quick now that Spring is here.
  21. Kay is no better. Get her something from Blue Nile. Better quality and much lower prices. We love our wedding rings from there... I had a $10k ring from Tiffany picked out, and I ended up with a $700 one from Blue Nile instead. Can't really compare the rings... the Tiffany one had a sh/tload of diamonds. I'm with cv on this. Blue Nile has way better quality and reasonable prices. I upgraded my wedding ring and I'm thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of my ring.
  22. Will have to check this out. I need a new clock for the LR.
  23. Great for auto loans- got mine with a low interest rate for 60 months. Everything else-meh.
