My iPhone 5 is frozen and won't let me slide to open it. Tried resetting it, hooking it to iTunes and downloading an update. Now I have the choice of restoring it (returning to factory settings) or a visit to the Apple Store in Palm Desert after work. Urg! I Need my phone!
