That's disappointing... I thought I heard either EQ or EX was getting their info from somewhere other than LN, Axciom maybe. They never actually reveal their source though. EQ is just going to say that the court gave them the info, then the court is going to say they don't give out info, then EQ is going to say contact the court, and round and round you'll go. That is EQ's standard line. Sorry this round didn't go your way but I have no doubt you will get 'er done in the end! Stay the course!

Perhaps a second Chase would be a good option to combo the limits. Then garden. Those Synch cards can be worked every few months - ask for 25K on that Lowe's for sure. Barclay was the ticket to higher limits for me - I was able to combine my cards and get my limits over the 10K mark - then every card that I've obtained since has been 10K or more. Why did they deny you? Did you recon? Wait a few months and try again. Lastly, the Venture card has been giving out high limits like delicious candy. But I would do all of the above first.

Welcome to CB! Sometimes there is a lag in reporting after a BK is deleted. I experienced this when I first appd for a Total Rewards Visa less the 30 days after my BK was deleted from EQ. However, your scores are a little low for 10 years post BK. You must have other issues that need to be addressed. First order your paper reports, verify the BK deletion and whatever baddies that are keeping your score down. Let us know what's wrong and folks here can help you tackle the baddies. Then you can plan a post BK app spree for some better cards then Comenity!
