Me too, hence my question. Did you dispute BK a different way? When has anyone ever recommended doing any dispute online aside from name and address? I'm still trying to lock up LN, so I haven't dealt with my BK yet, but mine is going to be done through the mail - in crayon if need be. I know trinity911 had success online not sure about others I disputed mine online with EQ and it was removed. This was last year and I did not have LN frozen/opted out.

And we appreciate you for it. It's not settled yet that my idea works... In reality, April for me will be inadmissible as evidence since I received a CLI today also. May will be the month of reckoning if my hypothesis pans out. It would be nice if a couple others who have non-recently used and non-recently reporting Comenity cards would try it out as well. Phantik is in the same landing craft as me...recently received a CLI that will skew the data for his next reporting cycle. Just received a CLI on my VS last month. I'm game.

I tried that one over the weekend . They wanted me to unfreeze EX. No way , I won't do that for anyone , except Amex. My EX is on permenant lockdown. I'm saving myself for Amex- don't want em to think I get around!

Very good chance Weren't you the same guy criticizing people for getting their BK deleted? I don't think its "if" I think its simply a matter of creditors and CRA,s catching up. They have in the past, pretty certain they will again. Most likely there will be a special "classification" or derogatory mark on your CR concerning it. They don't even have access to the SSN on the BK file. How exactly would they be able to certify it? Nvm, I don't care. EX can suck it. Trust me I am not against disputing things off CR. I have paid tax liens that I am dying to make disappear, but I will do everything honestly and above board or deal with them on there.So you are being noble against companies that could careless what they do to you or how it affects you. ...if you every get sued make sure to open opposing counsels car door. ..it will go a long way I promiseIts not about being "noble" or about the perception of being better then anyone. If his BK comes back, he's back in the same position and that's all. After dealing with scumbag JDBs like Sherman Acquisition, Midland funding, etc..., I have realized long ago that there are no morals in the credit reporting and collections industry. These bottom feeding CAs and JDBs will do anything and everything, including breaking the law, to make a buck. Their tactics have forced many to declare bankruptcy. And the CRAs let these scumbags get away with reporting pretty much whatever they want. They have to be stopped. So, as long as it's legal, anything goes as far as I'm concerned. That thread got me to app for a Nordstrom card last year. Funny how things work that way. Whatever it takes, love my Nordstrom card... I wasn't on the OP's fan list either. I'm sure it pissed him off that he got $1K and they gave me $5K, and my card is now a Visa Signature. My first CLI request is coming up on that card next month. Minnie and I got our Nordstrom cards after reading this one too. The OP continued his rant all weekend if I recall, moving on to the Banter thread to voice his outrage at CV and other thread "thrashers".

I guess I am, too. Why did I spend time looking this up? Google says it is people born in the 60s to 1980. It varies a little depending on the source. And, Generation Y is the millenials.
