  1. that depends on the reason for the 2 that fell through. hard to think that a CLI (with a potential inq) is going to help things. the 2 fell through for reasons out of my control. one was a townhouse where the owners association had a 40%+ delinquency rate on dues so they are going bankrupt and the 2nd the house appraised 40K less than purchase price. and as far as a cli simply writing it made me realize it a bad idea. never know when we'll find the next house
  2. alright so I have had 2 mortgages not work out so far. so i'm considering calling for an cli and trying to get it bumped before we find another house. i'm sure i've come to the wrong place for this but someone tell me this is a bad idea
  3. My assumption was the HIs B* on same date I.e. 1/14 B* on 1/14 your assumption should be that once you have 85 inqs, as you add three new softs, they will replace the three oldest inqs (hard or soft)

checked my usaa ccmp today and my double listed judgement on EX fell off 4 months early! not the result of a dispute just fell off. so happy now just got to find a way to get it off EFX
  8. formatting issues aside i wouldn't count the verizon and at&t inqs. the 2 fair isaacs and the 2 intersections probably count. and i know the counter would count the truelink so count that as probable. so I count 51 confirmed and 5 probable if you run it through the counter it will probably say 52 confirmed and 4 probable

Here's what I came up with. In 2002 I overextended myself on my Capital One credit card. Unfortunately my income did not increase as I expected it to and I fell behind on my payments. When I was notified of the judgment granted to Capital One in 2007 I was in a much better financial situation and satisfied the judgment in full. This judgment is listed differently on my Experian report than it is on my Equifax report. There was only one judgment. Moving forward I have learned not to spend more on my credit card than I can afford to pay in full. The two accounts that went into for HSBC are the same account. Experian and Equifax display different parts of the same account number making it look like two different accounts. This account was a credit card that I disputed charges on. As I went through the dispute process I did not pay the charges that were not mine. They were the only charges on the account. After an investigation HSBC determined that the charges were mine. I did not agree and disputed again and refused to pay the charges. I started receiving late payment fees and ultimately the card was sent into collections. I still dispute the late payments and derogatory marks that are on my credit report but I have learned that in the future I should keep making minimum payments even if I am disputing the charges to keep my account current. The GM Financial account has late payments from an injury that I suffered in September of 2010 that required a trip to the hospital. I did not have insurance at the time and the costs for the treatment were an unexpected expense. I paid the hospital bill in installments over the next few months but in order to make this payment I did not make my car payment. This caused me to be 90 days late on my payment to GM Financial. When I told my parents what I had done they loaned me the money to bring my obligation to GM Financial current again. I also have a 30 day late payment from August 2011. I forgot to mail out my August payment and submitted payment as soon as I realized. In order to prevent this from happening again I now track all my bills with Quicken. With this program I have a monthly list of my bills and their due dates. My Nelnet account has late payments on it from when I believed the account was in deferment. I was taking classes but had fallen to part-time enrollment and did not realize what this meant to my loans that had been deferred. Since I thought the loans were being deferred, I did not check the accounts through Nelnet’s website. When I became aware of the situation I made the necessary arrangements to bring the loans current. I no longer simply assume anything about any of my accounts. I monitor them at least once a month and am always aware of my current obligations.

I have a judgement from 2007 for a capital one cc that I used irresponsibly and charged up more than I could afford to pay at the time. I fell behind on the payments on and eventually stopped paying in 2002. I was unaware that I had been sued by this company so they were awarded a default judgement. When I was notified by the sheriff of the judgement and need to pay I was in a better financial position and satisfied the judgement in full. I have since learned to use credit cards more responsibly. I do not charge anything that I do not have the money in my bank account to pay in full immediately. I have learned the importance of my credit and my financial responsibilities. Would this be a better version? In 2002 I overextended myself on my Capital One CC. Unfortunately my income did not increase as I expected it to and I fell behind on my payments. When I was notified of the judgement granted to Capital One in 2007 I was in a much better financial situation and satisfied the judgement in full. Moving forward I have learned not to spend more on my credit card than I can afford to pay in full.
