  1. Ok, but is there a phone number to contact? Let's say to accept offer and tell them we accidently declined? Basicall where is the page with all the numbers for CC agencys?
  2. Hello we applied for a discover it card with the 0% interest deal. The instant appoval came back with a denial for the 0% interest but instead offered a high-interest plan and didn't state how much the credit limit would be. So I declined their offer. Not sure if this was the correct move. Anyhow they said they would send a letter in 7-10 days etc. What would you suggest for next move? Call the recon department? Wait a few days? What is the recon number, or whoever we should call. A little about my friends credit history. She has a neg from several years ago $45 missed gas bill. No other negs. Only one other account with chase, no lates, but high balance. She has a car financed her credit score is around the 670s. Thanks
  3. All of our accounts were current. So what I did was call Greenpath and get registered with them. Call all my cards and made all the due dates to be later than the 20th. Took about 1-2 months and then I started paying via Greenpath. My payment went down some. I think it's like a 5 year program so it depends. We started off around $40k and my payment is like $925. Hi TxGirl. I'm on hold with greenpath right now. Anyhow I'm in about $55,000 in credit balance. Did Greenpath really help? I think they close all credit cards correct? That must be a very negative credit score affect. Would you advise on it? All accounts in program with close. You can keep a card out of you have one you don't want to add. Yes! They've helped us tremendously! We are 2.5 years in! Our credit score took a hit at first....to the low 600's. Present time I am a littl over 700 and hubby is 750. We were even able to get a car while on the program with a low interest rate. We didn't want a new car payment but my Expedition died. Thanks so much the quick reply, what was your score before you started on the program?

  5. Update ok almost 1 year later. my NFCU cc down to 11k each total 22k debt store cc-down to 3k total car loan-5k remaining no more carecredit -paid personal loan 4k My father gave me 5k so will use that. and then heavily concentrate on knocking the NFCU cards down. Paying weekly on everything helps a lot. tax return time will help as well. should get about 3k back then. Hey, I'm in a very similar situation. I'm wondering who you got your personal loan with. I have a score of 660, but my revolving debt to credit ration is 70%. I'm doubting any services will provide a personal loan. And I'm not available to get NFCU or any of those accounts as I have no military background
  6. Dang. So can I contact my cc companies and take her off as an AU Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Does credit utilization affect AU Hello I added a friend to a few of my high CL credit cards as an AU I have helped fix most of her negs. She only has about $600 in credit balance in her personal credit cards However on the accounts that I have that she is an AU there are really high credit balances Does this affect her credit score/profile. Will credit applications see these high balances and therefore affect her debt to balance credit ratio? If this does can I take her off my accounts as an AU The reason I added her in the first place is so she would have high CL on good cards lie discover and Chase Thanks so much for your time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. DOFD is December 2011. I will dispute, but what's the best way to dispute....I want to be lazy and do it online, but I know there is a better way....Should I send a dispute letter to the CRR???
  9. I'm helping a friend clean her credit. She has an electrical bill that she didn't know about that went to collections for $55. What's the best way to take care of this? It only appears to be on her Equifax and Experian Credit reports Here is a pic of the report http://tinypic.com/r/169p1tu/9 Thanks in advance
  10. When you request the SP CLI does discover look at your current credit score and stats or the same score it showed on last updated fico score from discover? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. You hit the button about 10 days after your CLI and got another one? I thought you needed at least 30 days Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. You should probally update this, and take off the double credit card apps on the same date since this is no longer available
  13. In in California. Not available for me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Exactly about 33 days ago used love button and went from $6k to 9k. Hit love button a few days ago. Got two day message and went from $9 to about $13,500. By the way my utilities were at $6500 out of the $9k so looks like they are lenient with utilities used. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
