  1. Have a delinquency from medical that 1st delinquency was in 08/2009. The date reported is 12/2013. From my understanding, my state of Florida SOL is at max, 6 years for medical collections. I know this means I'm not longer liable for the debt and can remain on my CR for up to 7 years. My question is if the CA is allowed to add it to my CR after the SOL is reached. I could see it staying on my CR (or working to remove) If it had been added prior to the SOL, but after I'm not so sure about. Thanks in advance.
  2. This is such a relative question. There are many different cards out there and one one of them fits your business needs and benefits more than another. To determine which card is best depends on what your business does, how and what types of transactions you charge to a card and the benefits that are best with respect to payment terms, limit, cashback, points, skymiles, business credit building etc.
  3. If you want to pull a Lexis Nexis consumer report, do they do either a soft pull or hard pull on applicants personal credit file/report?
  4. If you request your file at Chexsystems, do they do a softpull or hardpull on credit?
  5. Why Chat, Thanks so much for responding. I'm 100% on board with following your recommendation. Just want to make sure I'm ok to stop where I'm at and proceed with your HIPAA process given that I've tried removing other method. Thank you in advance.
  6. Send that on to the CRA's - if there is nothing due, and no payments have been made, it's bogus reporting - Accuse the CRA of not performing a reinvestigation, since the CA states that nothing is due. Collection accounts that have been closed and returned to the Original creditor must be deleted. If you have any letters from the OC stating that they can't find your account and you owe nothing, send that thru too. I want to make sure I'm understanding this itemized bill correctly. It has two items for services and a billed amount but directly under each item there is a line th
  7. Date on the bill was 8/25/2009... Shows on CR as "potentially negative removed" and as unpaid
  8. Why chat, http://creditboards.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=509524&page=4 This is exactly the same CA and situation I'm in with exact same creditors. Almost word for word of the OP. I read all 4 pages. Is seemed that everything was removed for him at the same time BBB dispute was made. But he OP was also just on the verge of final stage too. Seeing his exact situation is mine, would you still recommend following your steps from the top?
  9. Just checked through last week's mail. The CA sent me an itemized bill, which says $0 balance due. Could they be anymore stupid to just see charges on bill and add them up without seeing the past due or current due balance of $0!
  10. In Florida I'm finding conflicting information if medical bills are 3 or 4 years SOL. Some say follows under oral time while others say contract. I'm sure ER made me sign something when I walked in but none the less, it wasn't clear cut and dry after searching. Also, I'm not sure I was just passed from one debt collector to the next. It was only between two companies. Both of which have the same office address and affiliate themselves with each other in some manner. I just dont see how both entities at the same time can put on CR in opposite CA names which have different legal busin
  11. 4 years ago had an emergency and went to hospital. Had $500 ER fee but forgot my insurance card so they put me in the system of owing them $500. I procrastinated filing paperwork and got stuck with the bill going to collections when I moved states (this was in FL) ..In anycase, the debt is mine. have been trying to repair last few years and negotiated all debts (thanks to this form). The original creditor has since been bought out and while they would surely take my $500 or negotiated rate, they do not have record of me owing them any money or that I even went to the ER. So basically I'm d
