  1. Yeah exactly my bad for not being clear
  2. I transfered someone 30$ from my checking account that is linked to my mortgage app. These funds are not needed for closing. Is an underwriter gonna question this?
  3. Is the underwriter gonna question an external transfer of money to someone else from my mortgage account.
  4. http://s11.postimg.org/e3vlz7tgj/fico.png 3 years into this credit journey and I am finally here. This website has been golden.
  5. I will be joining you guys this upcoming cycle. Looking forward to this it has been awhile.
  6. Sure did!! no it didn't. Something else happened in order to get a score increase. Addresses have ZERO effect on your FICO. Maybe your AAOA increased, util decreased... Something else happened. I was about to say the same thing....
  7. Check out the medical forum for dealing with medical collections....they are easy to get off.
  8. Its been so long....nice to see there are some new developments.
  9. You should read the stickies on top of this board....also a way to get deletions is by non stop disputing on EQ and TU. Experian not so much you should try a jack attack(lookup) on your first dispute attempt.
  10. Did you ever send out a DV? Make them validate before you pay anything. Also, never pay a collection agency a dime without getting them to agree to a PFD in writing. Also, if AT&T still owns the debt which more than likely they do. Pay them directly and dispute it as "not mine" on you reports.
  11. Nice try. lol Hahaha are you trying to get girls though a CU membership? Just kidding but yeah have her take a look at her reports, I wasted a couple of inquires when I first started building credit myself this year.
  12. I think I may be in a unique situation that all L/N has to collect on me IS old addresses, etc. I have never held a professional license, nothing BANKO, etc etc etc... Otherwise, yes, L/N is scum, particularly when they provide addresses for partial-match employee background checks to other CRAs and it could very well be wrong. I would LOVE to re-dispute old addresses again, a different way. And, yes, they basically said no, back in June. Just sharing my experience: I got my full file disclosure from L/N and successfully disputed my Riskview and Bank Reports which were swiftly corrected, including names and addresses. None the wiser, I recently underwent an employment background check (for my dream job) and a separate background check company (Accurate Background) uses Accurint for name and address history. Well, L/N's Accurint is FULL of inaccurate name and address info (yeah, going back 20+years when I lived all over the place during and after college) which they passed on to Accurate Background who then used those (erroneous) names and addresses to run their criminal background check - getting a hit - and costing me my dream job! Furious (and heartbroken) I tracked it all back to Accurint. Accurate Background passes the buck and just tells me to dispute with Accurint who refuses to remove because they are not a CRA and thus are not beholden to FCRA. Infuriating. Why I am posting this story: to suggest that this is how supposedly FCRA "compliant" companies can get around actually being compliant. Accurate Background claims to be FCRA compliant, but they just get their name and address history from companies like Accurint that apparently are free to aggregate and SELL erroneous info. My next step is to opt out of Accurint and KnowX by claiming to be victim of identity theft by supplying a letter from a credit card company that verifies me closing an account as unauthorized (back in 2004). So, basically L/N's Riskview and Banko reports are FCRA compliant and thus corrected all my info. However, L/N's Accurint and KnowX departments are not FCRA compliant and are free to distribute erroneous information (purchased by "supposedly FCRA compliant" companies who then screw you or tell you to dispute with their data supplier who then tell you to suck it) - even though they are both owned by the same parent company! File a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
  13. You probably have sticky hards that can't be B*
  14. Just 40 more apps and you would have discovered bumpage without ever pulling a soft... So it is possible to achieve B* in one day. Just app like crazy lol
  15. 6-7 on TransUnion.....can someone teach me about TU B* lol just kidding but technically I don't know if they are visible to creditors. Stupid "enhanced" report.
  16. My friend you are on the right track....but you can't B* Experian like the other two. It will not work. Also, I am almost positive that failing verification questions on credit.com will not cause a fraud alert.
  17. You can request that you want a freeze and the report to be sent at same time.
  18. I already wrapped up B* this month lol....4 pullers and other tricks for the win lol
