  1. I'll be sending the letter tomorrow in the AM. I'll let you know once they respond. Thanks!
  2. Yes-- the 2nd letter is a dispute for accounts that are reporting as paid. Yes-- the 2nd letter is a dispute for accounts that are reporting as paid. Thank you very much!
  3. WhyChat, Just to confirm, I'm using the first letter on the page you linked, correct?
  4. I'll have to dig them out, but I'm pretty sure they are accurate debts. If they were "accurate" they wouldn't have been so easily deleted in your original disputes. Send the "Law Office" which is actually a CA the medical DV https://whychat.me/ltrcavalhipaa.html Even IF they have obtained your ACCOUNT records, and even IF you actually still owed anything to the OC, this account has been shuffled around so much that there is ABSOLUTELY no chance that they have any HIPAA privacy release authorization with YOUR signature. THAT release can NOT be reassigned. Will do, WhyChat. I'll do that. It's just a little intimidating. I don't want to awake a sleeping giant so to speak.

  6. Hello, WhyChat. I uploaded a picture to my google drive. I cropped out my personal info. http://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-_ac8DRQo34VkI1UFZXSjBBVjg/view Looks like all were from 2014
  7. Hello, WhyChat. I followed the program, and all three credit reports are 100 % clean. Today, I received a letter from a law office here locally(Kentucky). Total amount is for $1,343; These appear to be ones that were removed from my CR via pre-hippa letter. It says "We advise that you consult with your attorney". What do you think? Thanks!
  8. Also, I had another question. Does the first collection agency that holds an account always(Or most of the time) have a current business relationship with the OC? I've tracked my reports & a few of them I noticed the CA name never changed. But, after sending the Pre-HIPPA letters they were removed. Does the OC sign a contract with the Collection Agency to handle all of their accounts(in bulk)for a certain amount of time & then drop them? One last thing. Do you accept donations? If so, where can I donate?
  9. WhyChat, All the medical collections across the board have been removed except for one that was verified for $252. I'll proceed to the next step. Thanks!
  10. Whychat, Just to update, the $1,077 account was removed from my Experian report this morning! Woohoo. What's left is the $252 collection. No update from Transunion or Equifax.
  11. To answer your question, no, this is a new one that I haven't disputed. I've answered your next question on the original thread. In short, no, I haven't received anything via snail mail from any of three CRA's.
  12. WhyChat, Experian removed one more medical collection $432.00. Now all I have is 2 left $252 & $1,077 - Alert via CCT Transunion - No update via snail mail, but when I login to the backdoor it says 7 out of 8 completed. Next pull is 2/16 Equifax- No update via snail mail or on CCT. Next pull is 2/16. Backdoor: PENDING 01/02/2016 01/29/2016(Estimated) *I expect something from all three CRA's around the 30th.
