  1. I got rid of AFNI with a BBB complaint. I had sent multiple letters that were ignored. The CRAs don't have to prove it is yours or send you any documentation. I meant my letters to AFNI were ignored.

  3. I had 5 differnt files with TU last year. Took a few calls and a week and they were all merged.
  4. I honestly do not think there is any way possible this is going to happen for your friend in that time frame.
  5. Thanks for the help to the both of you. I just wasn't sure how much info I should be giving up here. I have worked way too hard to repair my credit to let something ignorant like this end up on it.
  6. The BBB should get you results on this if not follow thru with the 2 you have suggested and the CFPB. If the CA starts reporting same strategy against them. So do you think I should just reply to the dunning letter with a simple DV then? I want to make sure this doesn't end up on any of my reports.
  7. Long story short I signed up for Direct TV in Oct of 13 was offered package deal from then to include internet through Century Link. The guy on phone was unsure of the internet speeds but assured me my satisfaction was guaranteed so I had nothing to lose. I went ahead and did it. Took a while for them to hook it up to the house. Then I got a self install package not long after that. I tried getting it to work and it literally did nothing. I tried a few times and decided I just wanted to stick with the internet I already had. I used their return label to send the stuff back. I figure all is goo
