    I was an authorized user on a friends credit card and my friend isin the process of filing chapter 7, and has not made a payment on 3 of the cards I am a AU on. I have asked to be removed from all 3 CC, because the lates are killing my credit. What course of action can I take because I have disputed the cards as not mines, but the disputes have come back verified as the account belongs to me.

    @ ICANHASMUNY? Escallate sent my wife a receipt via US Mail. They have updated the trade line as a paid collection.

    The accunt was a dental bill. I called the original creditor(Dental Works) and paid the bill, they in turn sent me a receipt via email. Paid via phone with a debit card. The account is now reporting as a paid collection.

    Hello. I paid the OC ,but the collection agency updated the account as a paid collection. What is my next course of action, if any?

  12. Lexis and Innovis is frozen,pen numbers received. All included in BK account are gone and the address associated with the Bk has been deleted. How do I go about getting the BK '12 deleted from my reports?
