  1. Thanks everyone...I switched over to Google Chrome and it went right thru.
  2. OK..I'll try this before calling....thanks !
  3. Works fine for me. Thanks...Guess I have to call.
  4. Been trying to pull my EQ complete for over a week now. I log in everyday and all it does is constantly load ! At this point I don't really care because my EQ hard inquiries are all gone and will be canceling it any day now. I just wanted to get one more updated final report to print before canceling it. Anyone else been able to pull their report in the last week ? Thanks
  5. I have been done cleaning EQ hard pulls for awhile now and working on TU so I have smartcredit and been pulling almost 4 weeks now and don't see them listed on my EQ complete as Inquiries . Is this normal or am I missing something ? Thanks
  6. Yep I expired my pulls yesterday and they are closed today..I only get 7 when I call..it's a pain to have to call every week but the good thing is it's quick. Funny thing is I thought they gave everyone just 7 and now that I know that isn't the case I'm going to ask for more to cut down on the weekly calling.
  7. So I been using SmartCredit to bump TU which takes forever due to just this one daily puller. Went pretty fast using multiple daily pullers for EQ which is clean now. My question..is SmartCredit still the only game in town for bumping TU ? Thanks
  8. Wait wait..you mean to tell me if a collection is Paid in the state of NY it has to be removed in 5 years from your credit report ? I only know that the SOL is 6 years for NYS but they can still report for 7 years. This 5 year paid thing is new to me. Please respond back..thanks ! I didnt know about it either, but its all about PAID collections and judgements.. http://myfico.custhe...-credit-reports See the bottom for New York residents: New York State Residents Only: Satisfied judgments remain 5 years from the date filed. Paid collections remain 5 years from the date of last activity. Amex for sure follows these guidelines. When i called they were more than willing to remove everything as long as it was paid (I settled, not paid in full) and it reported derogatory for 5 years. This is great news..I been doing really really good getting stuff deleted and down to 2 collections and one was paid and past the 5 year mark so I will be disputing this All I need to do for the others that have late payments is to send goodwill lettters and I'm good to go being I bumped all EQ inquiries and working on TU bumps. Other than some new medical bills that I'm trying to clear up that haven't hit my reports yet I should be clean in a few months . Thanks for the heads up regarding the 5 year paid NYS rule.

  10. Paul F. Kirgis, a law professor at St. John's University in New York, said the court's decision was expected given its past rulings on arbitration. Tuesday's ruling strengthens a legal shield for companies against class-action suits. "For an individual consumer, going to a state Small Claims Court is not really a more palatable option than arbitration in most cases," Kirgis said. "The real risk," he said, "is that companies will engage in small-scale frauds committed against large numbers of people without the fear of class-action as a deterrent."

  12. Jon: When you did this online dispute, what reason did you give for the deletion on each web site? Did you choose one of the standard answers, or have you found some way to enter your own verbiage? Good question ....do tell Jon .
  13. Hi BobWang I removed all hard inquiries from EQ and have one question... What will happen if I continued to pull my reports ...will other stuff get removed from my EQ credit report? If yes what is next in line to be bumped off..oldest positive entries ? Thanks for your time
  14. I clicked then I closed the window as soon as the NPR video came on.
