  1. Not so much rslifkin. That's not how it works. You need a math lesson. My favorite part is when you say you were always good at math, but your math is completely wrong. Not only that but your concept of how profit works is wrong. If someone buys a debt for 4% and they sell it for only 8%, they're already making 100% on their investment. Work it out bro! 2. I thought it used to be that if you didn't access experian for MORE than a 90 day period the report number would expire. but you could keep them active forever by accessing them periodically. lately i've noticed for several family members reports that whether you access the report or not they seem to be expiring after about 90 days. anyone else noticing this?
  3. I use EC, Amex credit secure and usaa. I need 2 random services that pull eq for complete b* this month. I tried credit check total but it didn't trigger an eq soft. Suggestions?
  4. This always been the case? Been the case for just business? Or brand new? By "this" I mean a CLI for a card being declined because a different card got a CLI.
  5. ordered the free trial of CCT (credit check total) and i got no soft on EQ. very disappointing.
  6. about 3 days ago i started getting this message: We're sorry. We experienced a system problem and we are unable to provide your personal credit report for online viewing at this time. You may want to try again later. <br style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; text-align: justify; "> experian customer service seems to think its because i have too many soft pulls from monitoring services. they couldn't do anything for me and gave me a bunch of numbers for other divisions which also couldn't help. i had read in another thread that maybe BUYING a CR will unlock the problem. also in another thread someone suggested that the fraud dept might be able to remove some conflicting information like a second ss# that had recently been added, but none of that worked since no new personal information had been added to my account. anyone have any inside info on what i might be able to do?
  7. Well, aren't you clever? http://creditboards.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=497247
  8. 4,000 posts and this is your brilliant nugget of wisdom? Do I seem like I make the "Johnny has this limit" arguments to get 300k in CLs? I was told by a couple people that $4,800 is the max. It could be they're clueless, it could be Jeff is lying. In any case I wanted to confirm one or the other before wasting more of my time. If you were told by your creditors that you were at the max limit of your $300 crappy rebuilding card and then one day for the first time ever someone claims to have a higher limit you would probably wonder too... Yep, sure do, asking for a screen shot of someone else's CL ps. haven't changed much since an apparent hiatus, still blowing a lot of hot air around Yep, I'm the problem. I ask a simple question and an salamander like you has to chime in with 11 incorrect conclusions. Probably didn't take a hiatus because I can't stand dealing with clueless momotards like you.
  9. I believe you. I guess if you slam the card maybe you can get a higher CL. I've read here before that $4,800 is their max and was told by two underwriters the same so I had no reason to doubt that. Now I do...

  11. Called twice and can't get mine above $4,800 which they say is the max for a gap visa. Can you show me something that shows more than $4800 so I can go back at them? A screenshot or something?
  12. Congrats! I don't see anything about 2% though.
  13. Are there good CUs that give pre-approvals when joining?
  14. unless you guys were paying my discover bill i wouldn't touch that credit card with a ten foot poll!
