  1. Marv, Just wanted to give you an update. I got a 68k auto loan from Ford Motor Credit at 3.9% - it took 5 mins to be approved. I was out of the dealership in 45 mins. 3 days later it was already showing on my credit report. First payment due 7/08/2022; I have already made the first payment. Also no proof of income needed.
  2. And yes I have owned my home since 2012 - paid off in seven years
  3. I am working on something and I need to build some car credit. In the past I have done big car loans over 400k, but I stopped for over ten years. All those accounts are deleted, but I am working on a big investment and I need car credit to leverage my plan. It will make me few hundred thousand in the end.
  4. THank you. Now I have an approval with Navy Federal Credit union at 6.5%, but I will let you know what happens.
  5. Thank you! I have a pre- approval from Cap One Auto finance for up to 65k. Are they any good?

  7. Justed wanted to share an approval. My Credit score was 609 Equifax Autoscored with a dismissed Chapter 13 in April of 2018 ( filed but did not go through with it; however, still shows on credit report). Perfect payment history on current auto loan for two years. Of course, I was being turned down because of Chapter 13 on the report - I was able to speak with the credit analyst at American Honda ( Finance Manager called and I spoke on my behalf) and explained the situation and asked that she look at the car credit ( two paid auto loans in the past). American Honda approved, but at 17.5% - which I will refinance once my credit improves. The car is a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 ( 6-speed) - the loan was done at $29,200.00.
  8. I was approved for 60k, but I don't like the interest rate. Can someone please provide any knowledge of their credit tiers?
  9. Are you saying maybe on the approval? I have not applied to BMWFS at dealer;however, I was approved for 40k at NFCU. I don't like the interest rate. The finance manager at BMW said I would fall into the fourth tier which would be around 4.9-5.9%.....from general discussion about teirs and their relative interest rates (and credit scores).

  15. this is very easy to pull off.......I've done it many times over. the last time was 3/2009 one loan of 43k and another one of 35k both 2009 model cars with beacon scores of 635-645 at that time, but perfect payment history and with two cars loans showing being paid on time.........All you have to do is buy one.....one day....then simply go another dealer a few days later........or get approved through your local credit union or capital one.com..........I was able to get two approved from same credit union....also keep in mind I make 18k a month.......so I am sure that makes it easy for me......but it's not hard to do.....just get two approvals from separate lending partners but wait until you have higher scores if you don't have a long car paying history...
  16. Lyn how much did you have secured? and how do you join this credit union?
  17. True a lender does consider more than a score;however, after a BK7 no debt is left except for non -discharge debts...such as student loans.....my income and time on the job is good.......I can put down 10%....I don't want to purchase anything...expensive...(under 22k).....so how do you recommend doing americredit? find a dealer locally who uses them and call one of the F and I guys?
  18. ok the PDF did not say anything about time needed after post BK7 ....do you know the answer? since you deal with them on a regular basis...do you also know the min score needed?
  19. 5000 a month....3 plus years on the job......how much down..5%, 10% etc?....how long after bk7 before I can apply to americredit? do you have a PDF of their guidelines?
  20. What is required for post BK7 approval? and what banks, captive finance, or other auto lenders are BK7 friendly.. that you have learned in your profession?
  21. wow.....so wht scores allow waive of POI? i assume leasing cars like tht are easier since you are not buying the car......
  22. wow really? so how do they profiled business owners? usually i just state my position and usually don't say i am the owner......usually a state c.f.o/president which is wht i am......i pay myself with pay checks.....i have a s corporation..... wht scores are sufficient for poi waived? 680 and up? i looked on credit pulls...is tht the one with suntrust bank approval at 89k?
