  2. Maybe the Mayans were right about the world ending in 2012... DUN DUN DUN!
  3. My thoughts exactly. I called last night to refuse the offer. Thanks for the help guys. I think I need to step away from CB for a while and go KONA. I need to let the baddies fall off and let my good account mature.
  4. Great, thanks for the advice. I'll call tomorrow.
  5. I agree with the INQ part but it's hard for me to justify paying 72 dollars in hopes of establishing a relationship with Merrick. I have all the credit I need right now. Lol, I should have never replied to the letter but oh well.
  6. In a moment of weakness, I responded to a pre-approval letter from Merrick Bank. I was given the 7-10 message but after calling in, I learned I was approved. The card has a CL of 600 with the opportunity to grow to 1200 after 7 months. My only hesistation is the 72 AF. I currently have a secured USAA card for 1000, a Cap1 Secured for 500, a Cap1 Rewards for 500 and I'm an AU on an Amex Zync. I do not have any balances and I use the Zync to cover my daily expenses. What would you do?
  7. Damn, what a PITA. I'm not sure if it's worth it at this point. I might just go KONA and save 50 bucks a month.
  8. It looks like I got chopped on the 17th as well. Does that mean I have to get my 85 softs in before the 17th of Feb in hopes of removing a hard?
  9. Anyone notice softs from HSBC after using their pre-selector? Should I count those?
  10. They offer two different versions. The first allows you to pull twice a month and the other options allows you a daily pull. I think the daily pull version is 21.95ish?
  11. Should I have any issues using USAA, Equifax Complete and AMEX credit secure? I'm hoping to get some B* after 30ish days?
  12. Besides the income verification, do you see me having a hard time getting financed? I realize I'll have a higher interest and as of right now I'm OK with that.
  13. Yes and no? My yearly income on paper is xxxxxxxxxx gross xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
