  1. It's a direct debit from his bank account with an auto deposit from his place of work. So that should be good right?
  2. I co-signed an auto loan for my adult son. He's employed and makes the payments, not me. Can I get this excluded from my DTI? If so, how?
  3. Hey y'all, I may be looking at selling/rebuying, so a new mortgage in 3-6 months. I need bumpage but it's been a while since I've done this last. What's the current reports for daily pulls that will give me bumpage please? I don't mind doing a subscription. Just a quick list cause I know things change. Looks like Equifax is no longer valid? I don't need a detailed report on how B* works just a quick list of current pullers. Sure appreciate it!!
  4. Really? Thanks! You're right. I had that wrong. But it's probably best to wait till after April, right?
  5. no C* in OK here either. I'm down to 6. I have one more that will drop this month due to age, 2 more in April, & 1 in June which leaves me with 1 unless it B*. I think the ones set to age off soon are stickies from our home purchase. Sure wish I could get an Amex so I could B* TU but I don't see that happening anytime soon.
  6. Mirror image of two angels holding their fingers like a gun, James Bond style, shooting a monster Chihuahua.
  7. OK, I knew stickies wouldn't bump but I didn't know they were excluded from the count that creates bumps. That would make sense! Thanks! Didn't mean to make you work. Sure appreciate it!
  8. That would make sense. Correct. Everything above are my 12 hards. So isn't it the total count, hards plus eligible softs that count? Why do you think Fashion Bug's coming off tomorrow?

  10. I am not the expert but will chime in.... From what I have read, certain hard's sticky and will not B*. How many hard inq's do you have? Also, how are you doing your count? I've got 12 hards so there should be a LOT that aren't sticky. And I manually counted and used the counter on the other thread.
