Creditboards.com values the privacy of our partners and members. We do not sell any personal information to other companies - we may sell T-shirts one day, but never data. In keeping to the highest Web standards, we would like to detail what information we use, and how we use it:
Server Logs
The Web server does log your IP address in standard server logs. We use your
IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our
Web site.
Cookies
If you are a member, our site optionally uses cookies to save your password
so you don't have to re-enter it each time. You may disable cookies by unchecking
the "remember me" box at login. We do not belong to any groups that track users
across Web sites.
Contact and Personal Information
When you register to post on the forums, we require personal information ( your
email address).
Compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): Creditboards.com does not knowingly collect the personal information of persons under the age of 18. If Creditboards.com learns of any personal information collected of persons under the age of 18, it will immediately be deleted.
Creditboards.com will only share the limited information that we do have when we respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process; or when we find that your actions on our website has violated our Terms of Service.
We would use this information only as necessary to comply with a court order.

This site contains links to other sites. Creditboards.com is not responsible
for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
Creditboards.com may in the future ( but does not now currently) have affiliate
programs with other Web sites. We may share the same information with our affiliates
as we do with any of our normal members. We do not share any additional information
gathered from our site. We do not control what information they gather before
you arrive at our site.
Public Forums
This site makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available
to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these
areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding
to disclose your personal information.
Private Messaging
This site may, at our discretion, make Private Messaging facilities available
to users. Creditboards.com will make every reasonable effort to assure the privacy
of your private messages. Creditboards.com has no ability to supervise, read,
edit, or otherwise moderate the private messaging system, and therefore cannot
assume any responsibility for it's use or content. Creditboards.com makes available
functions to allow you to block messages from offensive or undesired senders,
and encourages you to do so if necessary.
Creditboards.com reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time. If substantial changes are made, an announcement will be posted in the forums notifying you of this change.
