I was able to remove a slew of lates and negative descriptions using their Studentloans@wellsfargoefs.com email address and a truly sympathetic goodwill letter.

can you post or pm me the letter? i really need them to remove their lates. besides the fact that their lates are incorrect anyway.

I realize that this is an old topic... but wellsfargoefs.com doesn't resolve as a valid domain name, so I can't see how this email would even work?
