Bought used DODGE DURANGO

Came with 60 DAY WARRANTY

They fixed the heater for FREE (including 5 or 6 days RENTAL CAR) less $100 deductable...

Heater doesn't work again in the back...

Would they fix it again for FREE???

Worked fine for about 2 months...

Miles at time of repair?

Miles NOW?

usually a covered repair that is fixed SHOULD be warrantied anew for 12 months or 12k miles from a reputable dealer.

Read the FINE PRINT on any papers you got related to the first repair.

Typically the the repair job is only warrantied out to the end of the original warranty term. But if the dealer is PARTICULARLY GENEROUS you may find otherwise.

If the trouble's not caused by an EXPENSIVE PART it may not cost much more than $100 to have it repaired by a THIRD PARTY

About 2 month probably not more than 3,000 or 4,000 since the repair

Under 55,000

IMO a reputable dealer WOULD repair again for free.

Obviously the fist repair was a warranty repair since you had to pay the deductible.

As I said, all I have worked for do have a policy that a covered repair is warrantied anew for 12/12

They should IMO George.

OK...

It "MAY" cost them a future sale...(if they don't fix it)

Like NEXT MONTH (or even this month)

good luck!

oh, and BTW you should NOT have to pay another deductible either!

FOR SURE!
