Anyone have contact info for a nelnet "higher up". For some reason they chagned my consolidated loans from "paid and refinanced" to paid collections. I need to get this resolved!

If you were in default, paid collections is the correct way they report it.

How do you know if it was in default or not? I never got any letters stating that.
