CreditBoards > TERI education loan? what scores needed?

I am looking to apply for an TERI education loan$4000.00 for graduate school.....

I have 2 credit cards with very low balances and always pay on time

my scores are

Equifax – FICO score: 643
Report Date: 4/9/2005
TransUnion – FICO score: 649
Report Date: 4/9/2005
Experian – FICO score: 653
Report Date: 4/9/2005

They pull transunion from past experience

Does anyone know what score i need to qualify....I don't want to get an inquiry for nothing..

ccollin - sorry I don't know anything personally about TERI loans. I did find a few threads in this forum doing a search for "TERI" that might help you.

Anybody else have specific info on TERI credit score criteria? Please post, because this question gets asked a lot.

I know for a fact they pull TU report and of course they report to all CRAs

I emailed them to find out, and here's their response:

TERI pulls from all three credit bureaus. Though they do not provide us
with the exact cutoffs, usually a score in the high 600s (670 or higher)
would be sufficent.
