I dischaged BK7 in 2001, I was told that my Student Loans could not be discharged,etc. I've been working on my credit and noticed that my federal student loans are listed as discharged along with everything else. The only item that was reaffirmed was a car loan which is correct. These student loans are from the federal govt and since then I have gotten SallieMae only. Since I'm still in school I didn't want to bring this up to direct loan yet but I'm due to graduate in dec05. Do you think I will be able to really get out of these loans and only pay the loans from SallieMae since my BK7? Someone please respond...thanks

My student loan wasn't discharged in my Ch. 13. I had to pay it off myself.
