I have an old 60 past due from 2002, the account is current now and they won't remove the old negative. I owe them 4k. Can I get this changed?

Sallie Mae is under no obligation to change your TL. From what I hear, nothing makes them budge unless it was their error.

I am still kind of new here, but on credit threads, many people use planetfeedback.com to help remove neg. info...has anyone had any luck with this re: student loans?
