I also have a question. I became a member of this message board last night and already I have read a huge amount of usefull information. My question is about a CA having more than one hit in my CR for education loans. They sent me a notice stating how much I owe, however on my CR, there is no amout for the one they are asking me to pay. Thats when I theorized hat this CA might have aquired all of the loans listed on my CR and added them all up. If this is true, once I get into the rehab program, is it reasonable to ask them to remove all of the hits from my CR, or does all that negative information have to stay there while I start my rehab process.
