My fiance's has 1 payment left to finish his rehabilitation with DCS. What's the next step after he makes his final payment? His original student loan is through Great Lakes (in Wisconsin). Should he contact them or contact DCS?

By the way, I tried contacting DCS, and they were no help. I understand that they can't give me personal information about his loan (thankfully, there's laws against that). However, I only asked for general information. The woman hung up on me!!
