If you could. Please give me an idea of what type of rate I could expect from GMAC with a score in the 640ish range and a bk 16 months old? I cant read the thing in the breifcase. Thanks in advance

Thats C tier category. 11% IMO on new. higher on used.
on new there may be offsetting subventions for apr.

Wow! 11% isnt good. My bank offered 8 but I was thinking I might get a better deal through GMAC and 72 instead of 60.

As I said GMAC subvened rates could be substantially better.
