Do I still have to go into 12 months of rehab to get the negs removed from my CRs? I have the money to pay everything off in full right now.

In general, if federally-backed student loans are in default, then rehabbing will get the default status removed once it's complete.
There's a ton of links and info on the student loan forum if you want to read up on others' experiences.

Rehab requires you make 12 on time monthly payments. Even if you have the cash now if you want to rehab the loans you need to doit over the period of the 12 payments, they will not accept a lump payment and consider the loan rehabed as that is not showing any payment hystory on your part.
