New to the forum, love it. I have read several posts in regards to individuals having problems with SallieMae. I have had the same problems, duplicate postings, incorrect TL's. Called SallieMae, gave me fax number 800-848-1949. Was told to type letter addressing concerns on CRA's and fax. I did and they corrected. Hope this works for others.
