Hello all, I am a newbie looking for some help in trying to fix my credit.

Well i have 2 unpaid OC bill's that where already sent to CA

One of the bill's are for 454.00

Other bill is for 207.00

Can HIIPA be used in this factor?

I also have been a victim of identity theft and, credit card fraud dating back from 2006. I am still trying to fight the CRA with this one.

Date's that where updated on those med bills where 12/08 and they where from my old address can i opt out?

Excuse me for my noobness, I am new and trying to grasp the terminology used here.

Any advice will be very helpful and appreciated and also would like to say, Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Ok maybe I have not made myself clear on my first post hopefully i can shed some light for possible help.

I have two CA by NCO showing up on my Transunion CR Balance $454.00 and another balance for $207.00

With Experian I have two CA from Client service inc and a NCO I have no clue what the client service is from But the NCO shows at a balance of $207.00

On my Equifax I show to have two company names unknown. This score was purchased from Myfico.com

I had to call to verify some information before i obtained the score from Myfico.co and from what i was told by the representative or specialist was that my 2 CA account's where open as a trade not as a collection. He has informed me to go to the dispute portion of the Myfico report and under the tab "other please explain" to type in (Collection account not a trade line) and that is all. What do the Gurus think about this? What should i do in this matter? Should i go ahead and print out the letter and send it to my CRA?

This is what showed up under account's

Details states:

Status of? May,2009

Date open? June,2008

Date of last activity? July 2007

Date closed? Not reported

Account Number? Not reported

Loan type? Not reported

Largest past balance? $454.00

Terms? Not reported

Account type? Open account

Account holder? Individual

Schedule payment amount? $0

Same goes for the second one.

Now from my guess those two unknown company's could be the CA NCO

Now i need some help on how i can fix this problem.

Where do i start?

No, don't use those cookie cuter letter from MYFICO they are junk.....
Opt out first (you usually don’t need to opted out form all creditors)

http://whychat.5u.com/OPTOUTINST.HTML

Delete any old addresses when possible

Send the Pre-HIPAA dispute to each CRA where the medical account is reporting.

Follow all the instructions, even if they seem a little odd-personalized stationary "Lilac or teal Fonts-

CM no RRR

If the account is NOT deleted with this initial letter, then find this thread and post in here for further assistance, don't start a new thread/post keep everything in one thread.

Can i write the hippa letter by hand? either with a lilac colored pen or teal colored pen?

Would the envelope also have to be personalized stationary?

You can write the letter by hand (cursive, not printed) on blue lined yellow legal pad paper, you can use a regular blue ball point. You need to hand address ( print legibly) the envelope regular # 10 )so that the PO scanners can read it .
