Full Version: Trying to work with the bank
We have been faxing and talking to WAMU/chase for three months trying to get our mortgage modified. Today we got a letter in the mail saying the home is in foreclosure and the entire amount is due. What should my next step be as I believe the bank is just prolonging the process unnecessarily.

Call them. At my bank we tell customers 30-60 it can take to process.
