I can not find much difference in lending programs for student loans. Anyone have any suggestions? or recommendations? I am trying to help my brother obtain student loans in excess of $40,000 to go to chef school.

First let me welcome you to the Student Loan Forum. Hopefully you will find your time here educational. All lenders of Federally Guaranteed Student Loans have to follow the same basic rules. Many times you will find that the financial aid office of the school has arrangements already in place with certain lenders and servicers. You may want to check into them.
