I am getting all of the forms completed and gathering all of the documents. Any tips to speed this up? I have not been 30 days late on my credit report on anything yet. I have been paying late every month for the past 3 mos....almost at the 30 day mark. Any suggestions to speed up will be appreciated since it is inevetable that I will get even more behind and will start to get 30 days late at some point. Will they even modify a 2nd home?
