I am getting all of the forms completed and gathering all of the documents. Any tips to speed this up? I have not been 30 days late on my credit report on anything yet. I have been paying late every month for the past 3 mos....almost at the 30 day mark. Any suggestions to speed up will be appreciated since it is inevetable that I will get even more behind and will start to get 30 days late at some point.
thanks

Hi
Send your information to Jeanne Drake in the Loss Retention. Dept
Another good contact is Mr. Jim Davis at Home Retention Dept.
Remember to have your hardship letter... No to long but to the point. Loss of income, loss of job, health issues, a death etc. are hardships.
Income and Expense sheet.. You should have between $235.00 to $260.00 left over after you do your expenses.
2 months bank statements
