So I have some Sallie Mae trade-lines from a student loan that I rehabbed years ago. I was told by a Sallie Mae rep a couple months ago on the phone that it will be aged to delete from my credit on or about Sept 14th. 2009.
It's now the middle of October, all trade-lines remain. I mailed an obsolete letter to the CRAs a couple weeks ago and they have already replied back that it is not to be deleted yet. WTF!
I sent an email to Sallie Mae via their website this morning so I have a paper trail in writing this time. I kindly requested a copy of their records which show the date in which the trade-lines should have aged off. I then plan on mailing this to the CRAs with another obsolete letter.
Is there anything else I can do?!
Thanks!

I of course never heard back from Sallie Mae.
Anyone have any tips on how maybe I can get written proof from Sallie Mae of this date so I can forward it to the CRAs and get it deleted since it's obsolete?!
I've been told I can really piss off Sallie Mae on a bad day and I don't wish to drag this on so I thought I would ask first.
Should I call or write snail mail?!
Thanks!

I have tried numerous online disputes and snail mail over the last 2 years. All to no avail whatsoever. I've been doing snail mail obsolete letters like every 2 months for the last year.
