When I was speaking to a nice CSR at the DoE, she told me of my payment options after enter rehabilitation. She notified me of a government organization that will consolidate all of your loans, no matter of your credit score/loan payment status. I told her that I was currently in rehab and she suggested that I wait until rehab was completed, then call this agency to consolidate all of them into one TL/loan payment.

Anyone know of this agency she spoke of or of one in general? Sorry for being so vague, but this was months ago and I can't remember which she said.

Direct Loans. She's right - don't do it until after rehab is complete.
