Received Certified letter - Notice of Intent to Foreclose

a few months ago I received a notice in the mail that said Notice of Default ( in regular print and not certified)

I wish I knew if the mortgage company was using a NonJudicial or Judicial route then maybe I could guess at the timeline better

It is a credit union so I am guessing they are moving fast
