Any one's better than others?

I am assuming that you using a FFELP lender and you actually still have to go thru a bank. Generally the school will give you a list of participating banks. Not all banks handle them and a lot of the smaller ones could end up selling your loan off to places like Sallie Mae. Stick with bigger banks like Wells, Wachovia or Citibanks. The rules for stafford loans will be the same no matter who you pick.
