Chexsystems will remove all reports after 5 years even if they state fraud. If it is still there, she should send in a letter to chexsystems and request removal for this reason. EWS is like any other credit reporting agency, they will not remove for 7 years. If she is reported to EWS, she would have to file a dispute with them to attempt removal
Hello mca! This is excellent news, i had inquired about this on your other forum, chexvictims.net, for which i need to thank it and you for my Current Transportation Alliance Bank account, they are the Best!!!
So, in my attempt to open the account at Cooper State, i found i had 4 Unpaid Account Closures, may or may not have stated Fraud. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LET ME KEEP MY OWN REPORT!!! - So even these 4 will fall off 5 years after the date of whenever they posted in 2007?
--And did Cooper State checking this put me on EWS? Or am I "Chex Only"?
Also, the entries "May Not" Automatically fall off?
I see nothing on my Credit Report about ANY of these banks, NOR my new addresses, and i wish to keep it this way.
