For example, when you report someone for a violation. You can only report it to either Mastercard or Visa, not both.
Wrong Webworm. A violating merchant who attempts to require ID or a minimum for credit card customers will likely not discriminate between networks. Substitute Visa/MC/Amex, and if the cashier still demands ID or a minimum, report to Visa/MC/Amex as well. The most important thing is making sure it never happens again, so if any violating merchant should ever pop-up in your community, make sure they are eliminated/brought back into line immediately - 1-800-VISA-911.
By that logic, it is permissible for a law enforcement officer to write you a ticket for speeding for a different address in the jurisdiction since, after all, you have been stopped for speeding and you will very likely do the same thing some place else in the same City, County, Precinct or State.
If the alleged violation has not occurred, there is no basis for a legitimate dispute.
As to what some consider to be off-topic (although it is not nearly as off-topic as creating a post in the Visa/MC forum to question comments), the likelihood is that the constant cut-n-paste (especially after several of the posts have been removed from public view by mods) tilts the living crap out of some people.
Even more humorous though is that the very creation of this thread is yet another opportunity for someone to do the 'hey, look at me' circus act since they claim that the very posters who do what tilts the OP are supposedly on ignore (as evidenced by prior claims by the OP that all of the Hate George club are on ignore).
I'd rather see a motive questioned than I would generic cut-n-paste bullcrap that offers no insight into a particular instance of conduct. But there are certain constants in life...some of which are that, despite the apparent warnings from moderators, some people will continue to do nothing but post using cut-n-paste, some posters will decry that anyone that despises Wally-world must have been told to hate that store and that there will be people who insist on harping on credit lines that were cut for non-use.
