I have getting calls and letters from a debt collector on a recent medical bill which I am in dispute with my insurance company. It has gone into collections with a debt collector. I sent a debt validation letter to the debt collector and the response I have received from the DC is not only an itemized account showing my history and what I was in the urgent care facility for but it is also showing what my husband was in there at the same time and it is showing his medical care as well. The DC does not provide me with any other information that I asked for, just the printout showing all of my medical care which I already knew and my husbands, which I didn't know the exact details of at the time but now I do. The DC doesn't provide with any of the other information I requested in my DV letter. Do I send a second letter?
