I'm SUPPOSE to be leaving the country June 22 through a GMU study abroad program. However I am a VCU student.

I hate GMU talk to VCU to figure out which school should be listed on the loan, GMU called me back and said them.

I applied for a CHASE Select School Certified private loan, selected non-degree seeking. MONTHS AGO. Was approved. GMU has been sitting on the check for FOUR weeks! After I called them they said they were going to return the money because I a) wasn't a degree seeking student and cool.gif wasn't in a certificate program.... they said the funds should go to VCU because I did a consortium agreement. Seriously the Fin Aid office person who told me all this TODAY was the person who talked to VCU and told me what to do. I AM SO FRUSTRATED.

I reapplied for the loan and was DENIED. My FISCO score when I applied was 720, 0 credit card debt.

My CURRENT score is 689, I have about 3k card card debt because I had to pay the deposit on the program, buy the air fair and was waiting for these funds to come in so I could pay my credit cards and buy suppies. Was also denied with a co-signer. CHASE doesn't know why but will send a letter in 14 days- I AM SUPPOSE TO BE IN IRELAND THEN. I assume because of the credit score drop and the increase in credit card debt (I have 10 k limit of credit cards). Almost a 4 year credit history. CREDIT SCORE DROPED BECAUSE I WAS PREPARING TO STUDY ABROAD

I have waaaaaay too much money invested in going. I need a 9k loan. I make about 14,000 a year. I'm a full time student. (half time in summer). House payment of 849 is split three ways.

Tried with a cosigner with FISCO score of 734 with a 40 k income. GOT DENIED TOO. GAHHHH!
