might i add,

this college loan was through the University of Phoenix so this would be considered a institutional loan, and she hasnt paid anything on it

only reporting on EQ

University of Phoenix doesnt offer instutional loans....this is either a private or federal loan. The lates remain for 7 years from the time they occured.

wow, so are you saying that there is no way to get this removed? or do you need me to find out if its a private or federal loan so that u would be able to help me?
