ive disputed other items with the CRA's off of my moms credit report and those fell off, now ive tried disputing a student loan for $4,000 with the CRA's that wont fall off for nothin, do i need to dispute with the CA? bcuz i havent recieved any letters back from the CRA's yet or do i need to write a more formal letter for removal? and if so, with whom?
