Okay, so I pulled my dad's credit report, and I found this

"CREDIT BUREAU COLLECTI 64333" "Medical Payment Data; Unpaid; Medical; Closed 05/08"

He is suppose to have a perfect 800 credit score and is down 30 points because of it. How am I suppose to find out more information such as what hospital or who is this money owed to?

I tried calling the CRAs but they all requested an number. The credit report I got was from Kroll Factual Data. Who am I suppose to contact about this?

I don't know hospital, clinic, or anything about this bill.

Your father may be the victim of ID theft/fraud or a billing error mix up. When you get his reports check them VERY carefully for any unknown addresses or inquiries.
