All the dogs I've lived with have been my best buds.

We've had quite a few stray cats and dogs show up in the last few years, far more cats then dogs though. Even though I love em all, at this time I would have to say that I am overcatted (is that a word? haha) and right now I'm a dog person.

When I was growing up I was a cat person; I loved my kitties! But I have been pet free for the last twenty years. I move around and travel a lot and having pets are too much of a hassle.

I love animals. I have cats and they are cool. I do like dogs as well, but I prefer cats because they are easier to take care of.

Actually I am a wierd pet person. I have had both dogs and cats but I prefer exotic pets. Currently I have two ferrets and two turtles. My next two additions to the family are a sugar glider and a parrot.

Cosmo doesn't care if I had a bad day or my daughter doesn't listen to me. Cosmo is the sweetest JRT I know of. He gives me kissies all the time and sleeps by my side. When I was sick in bed, it was Cosmo who kept me company.

I don't have any cats right now. I prefer bigger dogs because in the wintertime they are like big heating pads, and keep me warm!

I am a cat person.

I prefer cats because they don't bark (although they can meow rather loudly ). They are also more "human-like". Each has a very different personality. Another reason is, if I am going out of town for the weekend, they can babysit themselves....I wouldn't dare do that with a dog.

Lastly, on the whole, they are less destructive than dogs...they don't chew up toys, they don't pull embarrassing things out of the bathroom garbage and drag it all around the house. , and they don't chew the crotch out of my jeans.

I thought I was a cat person (we have several) until I was adopted by a little mutt who showed up at our door in the middle of the night and never left.. I always said I would never have a yippy little dog.. Never say never.. She has now taken over and I have become a dog person! Dogs will make you love them!

Dog person, nothing to big, nothing too small. Probably a golden retriever or a husky. just wish they wouldn't grow up and stay cute. lol

Have had both and like both.

But if I had to choose, I'd say more of a cat person. I like the fact that they're more indepedent.
