I am tired of paying so much money, which mainly covers the interest because of high margin for the last 8 years.
I want to ask if they can modify (reduce) the margin, but I am not sure who I need to talk to. My private student loan is guaranteed by someone, owned by someone else, and serviced by another company.
Who has the power on the loan: Guarantor or owner?
Thank you for your response in advance.
